Try to guess what is left from the old 50’s butchery! The outside grid, of course, with its hooks at the top, the cement tiles in the first room, and the marble blocs behind the windows. Antonin Maire d’Eglise talent’s made the rest. He played with hot textures and a very contemporary geometry, associating combed clay with juparana marble on the bar. You immediately feel at home. A cosy space where everything can be seen through the central arcade, including the Chief at work in his kitchen!
