The concept

Gosier offers plates to share. Sharing is Gosier's raison d'être. After a long career in the automotive industry, Jean-Michel wanted to let his guests enjoy his innate sense of hospitality by delighting them with beautiful dishes and fine wines.
His wife, Sandrine, later joined him in this adventure and continues to welcome guests from all over the world today.
Chef Raul has been leading the kitchen for two years. He creates a new menu every two weeks, which is creative, seasonal, and inspired by his extensive international experiences.
The cuisine is gourmet and refined, featuring surprising pairings, with everything made in-house. A selective wine list accompanies the plates and also promises delightful discoveries.

EXCELLENT Basée sur 455 avis Alice Segal2025-06-20 One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Every bite was a true pleasure. The only thing I am bummed about is that I discovered this restaurant on my last night in Paris. Can’t wait to come back Maggie Littlefair2025-06-17 Visiting Paris/France is a food event offering many delicious possibilities. We were so happy to have been given a tip from a local Parisian to visit Gosier for dinner before leaving Paris. We weren’t disappointed. We loved its cozy and intimate atmosphere, fabulous and beautifully presented food, wine and service. Every mouthful of our share plates was to be savoured, paired with great bubbles, beer and wine recommendations. The art of enjoying slow dining is something the French have mastered perfectly! Our tragedy was being so full by the end of the main event there was no room for dessert. So I guess that means we’ll need to plan another trip to Paris! P.S. We also loved the front of house kitchen, which meant seeing the love and attention the Gosier team put into prep and plating up of every meal served. 👏 👏 👏. Thanks for an epic epicure evening. Stephen Kovacs2025-06-13 We had a great night at Gosier with a range of biodynamic wines by the glass and delicious plates of terrine, eggplant farcie, fillet of beef and poached apricots. A must-visit whenever we return to Paris. Rio Rio2025-05-30 Nice place for a delicious dinner.
